Cave Spring Cellars

2014 Cabernet Franc Dolomite

We've enjoyed this with Pasta in a Bolognese sauce as well as pairing it with Coffee rubbed Steak and potatoes. This is everything you'd expect in a Cab Franc.

Colaneri Estate Winery

2013 Red Blend “Insieme”

Ahhh!!! this wine makes us think of Chateaubriand and a Chocolate Mouse for dessert.  Your mouth watering yet?  There's beauty in both the nose and the palate - you won't be disappointed.

Creekside Estate Winery

2012 Unbroken Press Sryah

You're going to realize soon - We love our red meats, which goes hand in hand with our love for BIG Red wines.  Again, we have paired this with Grilled Sirloin Steak, full of spices. This Syrah is full bodied, wild and wicked.

Fielding Estate Winery

2014 Cabernet Syrah

We've enjoyed plenty of bottles of this wine for just sipping, or enjoying it with a charcuterie board. Its a medium bodied wine with a long finish.

Riverview Cellars Estate Winery

2013 Salvatore’s Reserve Syrah

This was amazing with a Roast Beef Dinner, with roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables.

The Hare Wine Co.

2013 Crown Land Red

This was our Early Valentine's Celebration Wine - we spent the night enjoying each others company, sipping this wine with some Dark Chocolate covered Strawberries. Mmmm!!!

Westcott Vineyards

2012 Estate Pinot Noir

Big, Bold and Beautiful - it's oaky and great with a steak - it's just a Wine Orgasm in your mouth.

This is our "Tuesday Wine" - We always have this wine in our house.  Guess its our "go to" wine.

EastDell (Diamond Estates)

2014 Black Cab

Easy drinking wine, great for company conversing in the "Man (Wine) Cave". We've enjoyed charcuterie boards and pizza sipping on this wine.

Henry of Pelham

2015 Old Vines - Baco Noir

We've recently grown very found of this winery - This particular wine was actually a great wine with Beef Burgers with Blue Cheese.  <-- Yes, guilty -- IT WAS GOOOOOOD!!

The Foreign Affair Winery

2014 The Conspiracy

This wine was the perfect choice when we paired it with hors d'oeuvres prior to having a stuffed beef tenderloin.

Trius Estate Winery

2014 Merlot

This wine was our STAR CHOICE of the Niagara Icewine Festival in Niagara Falls and has since been a 'must have' in our rack.  Its easy drinking and has been well consumed in our house.

Peller Estates Winery

2014 Cabernet Franc Family Series

We enjoyed this wine several times with a Roasted Lamb and grilled vegetables with a dijon drizzle.

Vineland Estates

2015 Game Changer Obstinate Red

Another wine perfect for chatting on the couch, or having with pasta in a meat sauce and garlic bread.
